Typically, a company securities lawyer will advise insiders to cash up a little before a NASDAQ listing as there will be a restricted period that comes into effect upon approval. The TSE-forced announcement of the no-material-changes-to-report variety had little effect this time. This caused many shorts to run and cover again.
