today the acquisition of Case Consult. Case Consult is a professional

region and builds the company's presence in Europe to over 550 employees in

Picavet held General Management and European Executive positions with
Cullinet, Legent and a subsidiary of Coopers & Lybrand.

True, and that's exactly why it's being done in the case of PSIX. But it can, if the market behaves rationally, cause at least a temporary drop in the stock price. Not that Internet-related stocks ever behave rationally, though, do they? I'd still be careful.
