They had a segment on CNBC today saying that many Internet company insiders are selling millions of shares. They said that it could be attributed to many reasons and seemed to be done by many. In this industry it is becoming a common practice.
A couple of months ago when Etrade had a big run up, the CEO sold approx a million shares.
It is no big deal.
