Hi Bob,

In light of all this YHOO buyout stuff, do you know if CKFR has a poison pill and if so, what are the ramifications of it? What kind of vote does it take from the shareholders to approve or disapprove of a buyout 50%, 66%, etc... . Anyone else who knows please feel free to chime in.
