Richard

Following the failure of the court to hear the AGM case last Tuesday the AGM lawyers wrote to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court requesting a rescheduling prior to the June date. The result was that the hearing was set down for today at 10 AM Vancouver time. So, the proceedings will begin in approximately 1 hour from now.

By the way, Richard, AGM is fully aware of the possibility of imposing an injunction on Newmont should this become the way to go. Also, the Newmont lawyers are also fully aware that AGM has this option.
