There are approximately 51 million shares outstanding - and it appears the float is in the 40+ million range... Likely 43-45 million. That gives BIDS - a company that had actual revenue of approx 500k last year, a market cap similar to some of the dow 30 stocks. Ridiculous. If BIDS had the potential of growing into a market leader, this might be justified by some people. Unfortunately, BIDS has ZERO potential for growing into anything but one of the bottom 10% of the 100's of failing auction sites now available on the net.
