Thanks. So we don't really know when the tender closes yet. Is it when everyone turns in their shares or do we wait for notification from the company, or will the money suddenly appear in my account, or do I ask too many questions?

Thanks,

Joe P.

reAs the tender closing nears, the
difference will become smaller.

gbh: It would seem an option can return as much as 25% based on the 35 buyout, if we do get into a "bidding war" the return could be much higher. For example Lfyad (Jan 2000 $30 call) can be had for about 14 a $1 profit and no time premium with 7 months for things to work out. a closer in month May can be had for 4 or better for a 25% return.

regards,

Ray
