One thought on TCMS, I'm of the opinion that they are in the 3rd tier of OS stocks and will be one of last to see a rebound. They need the drilling sector to pick up before they start raking in the dough. IMO, the thing about TCMS and a lot of the long shots in the patch is they will appear to be dead money but have a very nice upside potential. The question that probably can't be answered with a great deal of accuracy at this time is WHEN will they start seeing the upside? I'm of the opinion that one should buy some of these long shots, put them away and wait. I wouldn't invest too much in the long shots, but a bet should be placed on them if you believe that this sector has turned the corner and will continue moving up. Note: I am long TCMS....
