Excel switch is a great independent story in my mind. I never understood why Lucent or others could not build that market as successfully. It goes more to my point that the companies out of the woodwork will return the best profits. How about a good IP PBX company? I think a server with local voice PBX characteristics, but true voip services will become a huge winner. The type of company I would be lookng for will have etherphone, .wav interactive voice mail, and converged data and voice applications for the local area network. Think of any?
