Let's not overlook the statement in the pr Microphonics has 10 million shares outstanding, with 4.2 million shares in the market float. MANAGEMENT HAS NO INTENTION OF DILUTING THESE SHARES. When was the last time you saw that statement made in a BB pr, or even confirmed by any BB company. Now what does that say for feeling secure about your investment.
