Nas,ijust checked out hq website on the conference and clicked on Idtc and it stated that idtc was in registration.I am alittle confused by this.Is it the bondholder issue or is it the spinoff or is it the cash infusion?It doesn't make sense to me that they would secretly register for an ipo without some sort of announcement?I have done this before and there has always been a dog and pony show!Somethings up and I an at loss to know what!Any insight would be welcome!
