Good luck.
But you missed something very important due to your lack of DD
The numbers announced today are all on the EXTREMELY conservative side, as that is the nature of Jimmy and Myles-no hype.
As 1999 progresses, both direct sales, new contracts, and new distributors will increase. Based on only those contracts and distributors already in place, we are able to make the following projection:

Microphonics is anticipating a net profit (after costs of goods & expenses) in excess of 2.36 million dollars for the year 1999

Dan, you are mistaken when you say the following:

<<<I know, you guys did the DD and $3.50/shr looks good for year end projections. But why wait 9 mos for 25 cents, when you can have 90% of that target today!

The .236 earnings per share on which I calculated a PE of 15 = $3.54 value is based only on SALES ALREADY CONTRACTED TO DATE 4/29/99 and DOES NOT take into consideration any future sales for the next 8 months.

To paraphrase your last sentence<<Shows you can do something right after all.>>>>>

Shows you CAN'T do something right after all.

Dan - you've got some nerve coming back on this thread to announce you sold today. You the "name caller" when others of us here took some profit, and rebought at the dip (2 11/16). Sheesh - how can you even think to say that to this thread?

If anyone didn't deserve to make a dime on MRPS, it's you.

And for the record - I got filled at my limit order from earlier in the week to sell a SMALL portion of my holding at 3.25.

I hope to be able to buy on another dip at 3.00. If not, I've still got a nice core holding; looking for $20 to $30 at years end.
