<<<Thanks for the response. Seems like you know quite a bit about this company. In your opinion why does BIDS have ZERO potential?>>>

1. Lack of significant capital and unattractive corporate structure <40+ million float too big, 51 million outstanding too big>, for additional financing from any respectable sources.

2. Lack of access to enough product to sell to allow BIDS to significantly increase revenue.

3. Lack of consumer interest, lack of internet visit statistics, lack of significant user numbers. The majority of sales the company admits come from AOL. AOL canceled their exclusive agreement with BIDS, expect less AOL user interest in BIDS, more AOL user interest going to EBAY, UBID and the other leading auction sites.

4. As you so accurately mentioned, Razor thin margins and no barrier of entry for any competitor that wants to start their own Auction site. Plus literally hundreds of other internet auction sites competing for the same eyeballs.

Big Winners in this biz will have TV and internet access - like ZDZ, or significant capital to advertise and thus become "Branded" like EBAY, UBID, AMZN.

Bottom line, BIDS has IMO ZERO chance of success in the auction biz.
