Because there are people inexperienced enough to sell at the bid and not set limit orders. No big deal. Only temporary shakeout of the weak who are selling a few hundred dollars worth of stock. The bid is not reflective of the true price of this stock.

Just doing some research. Volume is pretty thin. Anyone know if this company is a scam or the real thing.
