Excuse me again NY, but may I ???? 1. Prostaglandin E-1 is already approved by FDA for other indications, so the 5-year discovery process is eliminated. 2. We have already completed both test-tube and animal safety and efficacy experiments successfully. That eliminates 2 years. 3. FDA has already discussed the treatment protocol for our first applicaton on an informal basis 4. We have already run a clinical pilot run at a FDA approved contract manufacture. 5. We will probably apply as both an "orphan drug" indication and on a "compassion need" request which FDA puts review to the top of the list. 6. We have our clinical sites already FDA approved. 7. Our doctors are FDA approved for the speciality. All of the above has been disclosed both in Press Releases or within our Business Plan which is the equivalent of a prospectus without all the legal " risk disclaimers" required by the SEC to "unsophisticated" (their term...not mine) investors. I trust you fall into the former and not the latter.

Well Said Dr. Summers. Update for ENDV April 1999. MM's have bought 876,706 shares at an avg price of .607 MM's have sold 1,122,438 shares at an avg price of .699 Spread is .092. Not bad ROR. Prices reaching into the .70 range, good to see. Take advantage of the the low prices. Any buy under .75 is good positioning. Remember Longs, Hold your shares. Low float means more opportunity for price movement is we all stick together. NY_Know
