Erik, I've never heard of that company but it's probably a marketing firm for group of promoters seeking investors for web page casinos. Typically these companies are initially set up as LLC's then publicly underwritten on the OTC when the time is ripe, and sometimes even when it isn't. It's a toll-free number so why not call yourself and get the details? If you receive a prospectus that indicates 60% or more is going to sales, marketing, commissions and incentives, better steer clear! The reason being many of these deals benefit promoters and sales people to a greater degree than they benefit investors. As in the case of Casino-Atlantis, a Starnet sub-licensee investors paid $980,000 for a Gateway Web Site franchise that was acquired for upwards of only $150K. Much of the raise actually went to sales commissions and promoters rather than into development. (The web sites are typically turn-key products) Nothing is illegal or immoral about this practice along as it's fully disclosed in the memorandum which it was. If you don't get in on one soon, don't fret as there are many more deals in the offing. Indian tribes, celebrities, corporations, investment groups and wealthy individuals are lining up to buy casino and sportsbook franchises. Some of these organizations will be looking for people with money to invest. Lastly, if you get contacted by an ISO, try negotiating for a better unit price. TG
