Thanks Probart. And to keep you happy, this week I will only post the good stuff, semi good anyway, from Bolivian Briefs, that leaves one article out of about a dozen:

-----------
Bolivian Economy Will Grow in 1999

LA PAZ—
A Representative of the International Monetary Fund, Eliahu Kreiss, said last week that the
Bolivian economy will grow at a rate higher than the Latin American average, despite statements
of the World Bank concerning the subject.
The World Bank said that Latin America will enter a recession in 1999 because of the Brazilian
recession, predicting a fall of 0.8 percent.
Kreiss stated, however, that Bolivia's predicted growth rate of 4.7 percent will be the highest
on the continent. (Kerstin Fooken)
