Morgan Stanley issued a report on CYMI dated 4/28; Maintained Strong Buy rating; Price target of $37 based on 28 P/E on unchanged year 2000 EPS of $1.25.
Summary:
Earnings of (0.08); beating First Call estimate of (0.12)
Bookings of $53M, up 67%; B to B 1.33 - 1
Unit shipment up 6%
Despite fears of market share loss in Japan, believes CYMI competitive position solid.
Maintaining EPS forecasts.

CYMI has based and will likely retry $30. Institutions are buying - the accumulation is persistent and sustained. She'll likely move back on the $30 and when she moves up through there - she'll move rapidly higher.

The short squeeze scenario is still a high probability scenario.

At $1.40 EPS next year, this is a $65 stock. Even higher when you consider the amount of buying in that needs to get done for short covering.
