Oh boy--you are right--I was totally confused. I thought you had made up not only the press release but also the fact that you were getting sued. My bad--didn't understand the lawsuit was for real. Good thing you have the "sympathy" of the press. I'm learning that quite a few people think the lawsuit is just an extension of the April Fool's joke. They'd better be careful. I'm sure Cathy Tamraz would feel that that *just wasn't funny*. And of course it would open the door for BizWire to sue itself for issuing a "fraudulent" press release. They're trying to nail us for "unjust enrichment". What a gas. We SPENT money on this. Not only did Bizwire pull the original press release, they didn't even offer us a refund. Win-win situation for them, eh?
