Oh boy--you are right--I was totally confused. I thought you had made up not only the press release but also the fact that you were getting sued. My bad--didn't understand the lawsuit was for real. Good thing you have the "sympathy" of the press.

I'm learning that quite a few people think the lawsuit is just an extension of the April Fool's joke.

They'd better be careful. I'm sure Cathy Tamraz would feel that that just wasn't funny. And of course it would open the door for BizWire to sue itself for issuing a "fraudulent" press release.

They're trying to nail us for "unjust enrichment". What a gas. We SPENT money on this. Not only did Bizwire pull the original press release, they didn't even offer us a refund. Win-win situation for them, eh?
