Nick, Thanks for that link! Folks are sure coming out of the wood work on this one. Question.... How would "losing this battle" cost him anything other than the price of his 40m shares? The only hitch I can see in his offer is that UTI will probably sue over Frac reneging on the deal. I'm not sure that Baum or other share holders actually have a say in the matter, my wallet hopes I'm wrong though! If he is successful, we ought to be back in the $3-6 range. Jeff
