Emotionally EMC is great but technically as Dennis says not so good. We have no alternative but to be caught up in the high tech cycle. My guess is that we could be down till August.
The charts are just not strong for EDC and you can't ignore them as the fund managers use them too. They do have some validity. I wasn't a buyer at $115. Even at 60 times earnings historically it is high and we are much higher than that.
Relax on buying.

I wish you well. I cannot make money in this stock anymore. I sold 1/2 at 103 and I sold the balance today. I put the profits into AOl last week and made 45 points in 8 days. There is one thing that is absolutely true-- the trend is now down. The trend has changed. Check any technical chart. This stock is now headed down. It is much worse than Csco oe Msft. Don't take my word for it, look!

Hi John, re:<< Watch how quickly sentiment can turn...one big up day, and everyone feels great again....IMO, no way the cyclical can rally for months, and IMO, growth is not near as strong (around the world) as the market is thinking right now...once that is clear again...out goes the money from the cyclicals and right back into the old familiar names...>>

right on...
