My figures were from the U.S. Statistical abstract. As for the 2nd Amendment, there's always that wrm phrase that the rkba people like to pretend doesn't exist. Interpretation of such constitutional matters, when disputed, properly resides in the courts, not among the bloviators. Anyway, aren't tanks and nukes arms too?
