And what is your point? Do you really want me to dig up the local dialog at the time the Espy acquital verdict came down? Jury nullification, OJ verdict, DC Jury, versus the standing Sun-Diamond ruling from the appeals court? I held it was a straightforward legal interpretation that acquitted Espy, the local alleged attorney and friends didn't think much of that point. You and Neocon want to bloviate on something else, that's your privilege.
