Just got off the phone with Jim Roberston with CDCH, after two days of telephone tag.

10MM shares issued.

5.5MM paid for the shell?? - on this I'm not clear.

300,000 in the float.

And that is AFTER the 1:15 reverse. The reverse was on the WAMC shares.

4MM 504 shares went out to raise $$ to run the company and for future use.

ACH Howe on board - May 10th - now why is that name familiar?

Aha, now I know why the name was familiar, but it's ACA Howe, not ACH:
