eci = employment cost index...showed that wages are increasing slower than anticipated...this is one of the most important indicators of (LACK OF, in this case) inflation, ala mr. greenspan. good news for the mkt...this is a head fake we are seeing right now, IMO...dell and the big techs will lead the mkt higher once the internet selloff hype dies down...remember, there is a ton of $$$ looking for a home, and it will not go to deere and alcoa much longer IMO. good luck, GR
