I usually don't buy a stock while it is falling. Made an exception with ORB and bought some more shares.

Actually is was $58 before the down grade. New target is $45 - $50 but under longer than a year timeframe. It seems to me that the disasters in Iridium mean the WHOLE industry timeframe has lengthened for profitability to take hold. I beleive the short run industry outlook is not good. Though longer term wall street might not be to interested in financing more constellations for a while leaving whats up there a wider window of opportunity.
