Congrats all Jabaites. This innovative structure on the JV is a win win situation for everyone. Time is money, performace is assured this time of venturring around. I love the Penalty Clause, so to speak- in scaled escalation. East Silver Bell, North of Tucson ....east of some of my scouting... jaba.com jaba.com See the 4 targets circled in red...this area of claims is due East from the Insitu Copper Silver Bell Project which is the Billion Pound Plus ( 2+ )of Electrolitic ( hi grade) copper. Ross, I just had a talk with Jim Briscoe and he told me that this is definately the old Valerie JV place at Silver Bell. East Silver Bell and there are quite a few dozens of miles between the Sullivan Project at Silver Bell to the West. So, there are seperate and distinct and that one is not in THIS JV. He said that the positioning will augment the finances of Jaba if things work out because of the structure of the deal. Time value of money that all knwo so well. I won't be able to see them all at the June 99 New York Gold show. Too bad. They are acessing the budget and see no need to spent $10,000 for such a PR campaign, they have the claims and can manage them this way. Thanks is all I can say. They are ever hopefull as we are here. I asked him if he could turn any monies received back into the claims of the comapany with so many prospects.... for a Multi- Fold Increasing Augmentation of value...he agreed. No need to grasp at a 10% NSR- just like the stock market addage...fear and greed...no need to be too fearfull here nor too greedy. There is enough to go around in the long run. I hope they buy them out right away at first chance. I have been following Rio Tinto - Kennecot Copper for a long time...I have a picture of a Kennecott Copper 70 foot deep pit I was in over west of Phx that is one one of my webpages. Sulphur all over.OK, maybe it was copper crystallizations. Chuca
