Congratulations Everyone! I hate to say I told you so but... I knew there was no way Alfred was going to let this ship sink at the hands of a bunch of careerist zombies (current management).

The MAIN reason FMA is in protection is because of the fact that revenues won't allow them to make a $20 million loan payment on the 30th of April. Mr. Balm, for all intents, has agreed to make that payment for the company. I'd say this goes a long way in removing the jeopardy we have been facing. Now the key issue is to get revenues back to the point of break-even or surplus.

I doubt Mr. Balm's lawyers are going to have difficulty convincing an ALBERTA JUDGE that the ownership of Fracmaster (an Alberta corporation) is best left with an Albertan rather than an American.

I wonder if trading will begin again Monday? Put 'em up for sale boys and girls, I'll take them all.
