The thing to remember about Dejour is that it does not courier packages, just documents.

- The size of the market for overnight delivery of documents is approximately $7.5 to $8.5 billion annually per industry sources (Transpiration Trade Magazine, whatever that is).

- UPS believes that urgent document deliveries will be done mainly via virtual transmission by 2002. This is estimated to have a value of $11.2 billion per year.

- Local in-city delivery is estimated to be a $1 billion to $2 billion business annually, per Air Courier Conference of America and Messenger and Courier Association of America.

- Dynamex sales are $300 million per year with 60,000 customers.

- Sir Speedy sales are $700 million per year. SS operates in 26 countries, has over 1,400 locations and 140,000 customers.

- Instant docs advises that they have proprietary technology.

Dejour/Instantdocs/Dynamex issued a press release today regarding their relationship. I'm not sure were you can find it on the net. I received it directly as I'm on DEJ's distribution list. The news release just confirmed the Dynamex relationship. I expect further news re: DEJ soon. I increased my position this afternoon.

Regards.
