It will be interesting to see this unfold. Yes “Subject to Approval”. I believe Mr. Balm has shown “Good Faith” with his quick offer. After having the press release review by some lawyer friends of mine, they have informed me that the Courts should “weight all components” of “all offers” prior to acceptance for the benefit of all parties who have short, medium and long-term vested interests. However, as you all know, judges are strange decision makers. This may take longer than Friday to conclude.

I feel very positive about Alfred Balm's maneuver. He's not one to trifle and let's face it, as the majority shareholder, he is at liberty to do WHATEVER HE WANTS, including firing the current board and re-taking the Chairmanship. Man, I can't wait till this thing starts to trade again!
