I have not seen the offer yet but I agree. At this stage, I'd vote for HUMC if this is all that OTEX has to offer, cash or not. Obviously, they have not learned much from their last go around.

Michael, as a long time DXX shareholder, agree with you $8.50CDN is too low. We would do better by accepting the HUM offer.
I am a long time lurker on this thread, just joined SI, have always appreciated your informative messages.
