Chuca -there is Muskeg in patches all over Northern central Alberta. The easiest way to figure out where is to look at a road map. Where there isn't roads -there is Muskeg. Sometimes just a bit -sometimes alot. The muskeg doesn't allow big trees to grow and so you get very patchy vegetation changes. The Birch Mountain claims are on the Eastern fringes of the muskeg. Marum is way West of the Birch Mountain Claims by about 450 to 500 kilometers. JP
