CD: From what I understand, since it is a private placement, you cannot pay the dividend. They are doing this to FORCE the shorts to account for their shares. I understand that they designed this program with two separate lawyers well versed in short squeeze strategy.

It looks like the shorts have 6 1/2 days to cover their short position otherwise they'll also be short the dividend which can't be covered because it's a private company.

I hear we'll probably be sending in our certs soon to be null & void Medinah Energy certs for the T/A to exchange for certs of Medinah Mining and the dividend.

By isolating the Lipangue and LDM properties all by themselves it sure looks like the company is grooming them for a sale.

Any buying done between now and the dividend date will net us the dividend. I don't know if that means it has to settle by Friday which means buying by Tuesday or doing a cash settlement.

This would be a great time for one of those nine majors who have signed NDA's to lay a big fat tender offer on the table!

It's show time!!!

In this case the dividend is stock - newly issued stock at that. They will have to go out on the market and buy it.
