Since when did you become an accountant ? Please explain why you think BII is filing fraudulent financial statements.

I'm sure you could read GN, you do seem to understand your friends' posts. Why do you not answer any questions posed to you ??

A CEO must defend his company's reputation and if in any way, the gang on the thread has misled using fraudulent statements, then the Bid.com lawyers must do what they can to defend the reputation of their company, otherwise these fraudulent statements may cause a selloff of the stock. Of course, that would spell big trouble for the ones who caused it. The flip side of this scenario would be a hypster posting a message stating that the q1 results are better than the actual numbers. I think both scenarios are illegal, since either can cause buying or selling based on fraudulent claims. I have a very large selection of posts to send to Bid.com.
