Americans indicted for 1986 raid, Libya tells U.N.

<< Former White House officials John Poindexter and Oliver North are among nine Americans named in a Libyan indictment related to the 1986 bombing of Tripoli and Benghazi that was circulated at the United Nations on Thursday.

President Reagan, who was not among those indicted, ordered the attack April 15, 1986, in retaliation for Libya's alleged involvement in the bombing of a West Berlin discotheque that killed two people, including a U.S. serviceman. >>

I think the Sudan has an action pending ... Bin Laden will be taking them to court next ... good thing Clinton is a lawyer, if only for a little while.

LOL
