Not to speak for Mark, but to avoid any confusion Rene, I think Mark was discussing the significance of dilution as a general concept. I don't believe his comments have anything at all to do with cmgi. It's just that Mark is a terrific resource.

Not at all!

CMGI's actions appear to be supporting the interests of the shareholders. Just have to stay on top of them to be sure they "spend" our authorized shares properly.

Anybody going to the May 13th meeting?

May be nice if we could vote our CMGI shares in a block...
