if you don't learn the hard way you will never learn...but then again some seem to make the same mistakes over and over and over again. i may preach a lot here but what i'm preaching is MY mistakes that have cost me more money then most make in a life time . so take note or tell me to take a hike it's your choice. ps...meant in general not at anyone special;)
