Now I have a simple mind, CYOE financing was not just for the aquistion but for operational dollars, maybe I am being hopeful but I think there could be an issue or meeting payroll, as there filings said they needed to do something by 3/31 to keep running the show.

I have this mental picture of a bus going down the road and everyone jumping off, by the time the police catch up the bus will be empty.

I might want to buy that single share before it is too late.
