Well from what I know as said before we first need a $4.00 (US) share price for 21 days, its unclear whether they have satisfied all the other requirements yet but Iam checking, my feeling is they have almost all.

While we are on the topic what is everyones feelings on going on to the NASDAQ and skippin the TSE? We would remain on the VSE I would assume? Or would we rather see going on to the NASDAQ then going on to the TSE following that and then drop the VSE listing? or perhaps the other way around? I just had a thought (only a thought) perhaps they only eluded to the NASDAQ or US listing because they are close to a TSE listing and didnt want to mention it so soon? Anyways that is just a thought and is only that.

Explanation of the "Form 20F" is detailed right in the news release. Here's the quote ...

"Infowave is now a reporting company in the United States and Infowave's stock can now be solicited and traded by licensed broker-dealers in the U.S. in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") regulations."

As the quote says, IWM is "now a reporting company in the United States", what that means is that they file reports to the SEC in the US. This allows brokers to (solicit) recommend IWM stock to their clients. Up until February, when the form 20F was filed, if a US resident wanted to buy IWM they couldn't because the brokers are not allowed to deal in non-reporting companies. So all the form 20F means right now, is that now US residents can purchase the stock. But they still must purchase through the VSE.

As the release says though, now that they report to the SEC, they are now "closer to elegibility" for a US listing. They still have to file the application to list (if that is their intention) on Nasdaq. I think it is a bit pre-mature to speculate on a US listing, and even if they filed an application today (assuming they qualify -- which they don't at today's closing price), expect the process to take 3-4 months from the application date.
