Move unfound speculation. Provide some evidence that Motorola cut corners building this constellation. The fact is they didn't, they built a top flight system that would survive a terrestrial nuclear war. If they wer cutting corners they would have gotten rid of sattellite links etc. Your assertions that they cut corners, reduced radiation shielding, etc, is factually untrue and unsuported. If you were in a position to influence the stock's price by saying such things you would be investigated by the SEC. Reality is you have no credibility and nobody is really listening to you. Put up or shut up. Actually, I find it pretty amusing that you would be so desperate as to make up this kind of stuff when Iridium's real problems are already well known.
