I think that Russians have IMF and West by the balls, You do remember Chernobyl, of course....What are you going to do...You do not give them money? tell this to Sweden or Austria...It is giant black hole... but so is any racket operation just on the giant scale... as for Duma and Yeltsin they as important as NATO minus USA... They have no control or influence outside of Moscow where they get their perks....it is ripe for Strong Man....who this Strong Man is going to be? I am afraid you would not invite him for coffee..
