The DPPL garbage fund began as a rotting load of manure; then it turned into high quality mulch. Now, garlic shoots, thistles, crab grass and poison ivy are sprouting up - looks like the spring should be BIG - VERY BIG - to quote someone we've heard too much of recently.

The one that has furthest to go right now is MAST. Right at the bottom of the garbage pile and the true rotten apple of my eye.
