There were also 6 form 144 insider sales filings today. I didn't check who and what size. Surely the acquisition and future acquisition projections might be a drag on the stock. Generally, companies don't make share based acquisitions if they believe the stock to be undervalued. It also brings up the question of how much of the previous run-up was engineered by investment banks interested in permitting the acquisitions to be done. Once you've got your deal and fees, bam, you pull your support. This stock is not the real thing. Good trading stock. Poor long term investment. Rick.
