With a strong close yesterday and a likely strong open this morning, I think some money will again rotate back to the growth stocks. Beside the big techs that will run, some drug stocks have been beaten down to their supports and were able to hold yesterday should also participate. MRK and SGP are two that held their support grounds. MRK's PE is now 30 - cheapest point for a long time. SGP has the biggest number of drugs to be approved for marketing this year. And of course, PFE. PFE's strong support is at 110 and it closed 5 pts above that yesterday. I am buying SGP and MRK calls. Already own PFE leap call.

Eureka!! I finally figured it out!!

OK, so this is how it works. The FEDS did it. Yup. They did it. They pushed the market down over 200 points, so that the scared money would sell their stocks. With the large runup on the DOW in recent weeks, the sellers produce gains from these stocks. Tax revenue, of course, is the prime motivator for just such an event.

Now, they let the rally continue (by stopping of the selling pressure), and the buys begin, and the cycle starts all over again.

PS: Took a position in RIMM. Way cool 2 way micro-pager with FULL QWERTY keyboard, downloads and upload Outlook RT email AND does RT stock quotes and transactions!! In use by Fidelity and Siebert...

Check it out.

Steve

PPS: Wanna bet they close them all positive?
