Common shares as at April 26, 1999 Authorized 100,000,000 voting common shares with no par value Issued 15,368,061 Escrow/Pooled 2,224,261 Free Trading 13,103,800 Insiders 6,042,000 Fully Diluted 18,182,960 Not quite sure how these add up? But seems to me the float is only about 7 million shares. We had a lot of change in company ownership if that is the case!! :) I'm still remaining true. I'm impressed with the IR department and especially the thoroughness of the web page. If they have some more big annoucements I think they will release them in a timely manner. Danny
