Michael, if TI uses any of Aware's technology I'm sure there are fees to be paid to Aware. When TI licensed with Aware isn't as important as the fact that they sell DSPs and have covered all bases by doing so. TI has made sure they can supply their customers with what the customers require. TI & USR both proved the value of firmware upgradeable DSPs when the rollout of 56Klex was competing against them and the X2 56K technology, my guess is they will handle the G.lite issue the same way.
