"Previous data suggests that the various dykes encountered in the Snap
Lake area may define a cone-sheet structure. While new data obtained from
this season's drilling does NOT disprove this concept, it has indicated that
while the NW dyke remains gently dipping, it also appears to be gently warped
around the NE trending axis along which the thicker parts of the dyke have
been encountered to date."

One cannot drill a few holes in the elephants ear, and by doing so, disprove the existence of an elephant.

Somewhere along the line you have failed to grasp just what a huge area there is to cover. Many NWT pipes are only 50 to 100 meters in diameter. Did you notice the reference in the report that said that Winspear will begin drilling the untested areas on 400 meter spacings and then infill as neccessary and warranted? You need a map and a calculator and then you will begin to understand the tonnage implications.

I noticed that you were following the NWI story for a while. Think of the dyke as a massive extension of the high grade discovery hole in Lac Rocher. THat will put you on the right page.
