Exchanged some P-Mail with him over the weekend, he is guardedly cautious as would be appropriate.

The concept of Business Wire reaching out to protect their integrity (?) smacks to me of a legal device proposed by their lawyers.

The upshot of this seems to me that Bidness Wire is more vulnerable to the David/Goliath issue. They messed up; therefore it is someone else's fault and they will try to outspend Fly By Night to prove it, legally.

By the way, is Kevin a part of the Defense? I see he is now using Fly By Night in his messages.

Anyway, good luck with the thread.

Say, APM looks juicy here at $3.

Just a one point uptick to 4 would yield a pretty 33%.

Ya know, I wouldn't git too worked up over this Hot list thing, it just means there's a lot more posts in the past couple days than usual... which pretty much says how dead usual has been. In other words, "that's not sayin much for the previous 4 months." <my quotes>

So, is APM a bargain @ $3? Will banks start giving new customers hard drives instead of toasters? Can anyone get me Jennifer Lopez's home phone number?

CMOS up 9/16
