Your logic applies to every stock and every thread, and I think it's because you don't get the difference between an SEC action (law enforcement) and a civil libel action (private damage claim).

My point was that the SEC doesn't have time to read the thousands upon thousands of threads, so it's going to focus on the most egregious violators, where the stocks are most vulnerable - LOW VOLUME. I never said the SEC would have any trouble locating the posters.

I said that in a libel action, which is a civil action brought by a company or individual, it's a big pain to locate the posters and it costs money to follow up with the lawsuit, which in case you didn't notice, BIDS does not have a lot of right now.
