While I am not too concerned with 3dfx reaching a quorum, the fact that STB needs 2/3 is making me nervous due to the time crunch.

does anybody know the institutional ownership of STBI? from the proxy statment it looks like the directors and exective officers control 19% of the vote... assuming they vote yes, that's still 47% left. Just curious, how do shares owned by funds get voted? Do fund managers vote for its investors or do the individual investors get a say as well?
